Each card is miniature work of art, quite suitable for framing. Each one is assembled, embellished and signed by the artist herself. Each is a treasure to own. The artist uses reproductions of her original drawings. To these she has added dimensional accents of color and light. Every card is signed upon completion and no two are exactly alike. Karen Bagnard is an artist of Danish descent, who works from a studio in her home nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel mountains. Her drawing table faces a North window, where she can often be seen working in the wee hours of dawn, when the world is most peacefully conducive to creative work. She believes in the healing powers of creative energy.
